Good morning I went to Rage shoes & Clothing in Maponya Mall the beginning of April last year to request for a settlement letter as i wanted to pay the account and close it, they gave me the settlement letter and on the 12th of April the account was paid , i went to the store to request them to close the account and they told me that the account was not paid and that i should give them proof payment, i gave them proof of payment and after maybe 5 days i went to the store to check if the account was closed and the account was still not closed,and apparently they could not find my proof of payment, they told me that they it was misplaced which actually alerted me that they didn't even bother to try and get the account closed or to resolve the matter rather , whenever i go to the store they will always refer me to the phone hence no one has ever resolved this matter .at the moment my name on ITC is listed as someone who has not been paying the account for for more than a year i am a bad payer all because someone did not do her job, at the moment i desperately wanted to apply for credit and i am being declined all because of Rage which i have paid a long time by the way, could you kindly assist me on the matter because i feel that i have been more than patient with them.
