Complain

greeting i hope this message finds you well .I'm writing this email with disappointment , i paid my account on the 25th of september 2024 but when i look at my statement for the month of september it doesn't any payment that has been received i sent my sent an email of my proof of payment but nobody responded to my email . This issue affected my credit score and i'm not happy with that to my surprised i'm not the only one who is facing that issue .Please get back to me as soon as possible
