Complain against rage Shoes store

I bought shoes on the 7th June 2021 and it was on Monday, and I only wore them twice ( Khakhi)

I bought another pair on the 2nd of June 2021 and already they are torn ( black)

I'm so dissapointed and angry since I went to the store and they told me that I don't have the receipt, there's nothing they can do but I paid with my credit card and I have a customer copy but still they did not assist me.

I acknowledge that I am wrong for not having the original receipt but it's within 7 days and at least I have something, even bank notifications that I purchased from their store.

I went to the branch at Daveyton Mall to lay a complain and their customer service was really good and they were so polite, until they CALLED a lady by the name of KATLEGO from THE RAGE HEAD OFFICE, they told me why would I come to the store to place such a useless complain and she even threatened to get the workers at Rage daveyton Mall branch fired for calling the head office to ask such a useless question, she was very rude and I'm glad their calls gets recorded.

I'm so dissapointed in Rage and could you guys please help me expose them
