Complain

I bought shoes for my daughter and I went to 2 different shops to change the shoes. The first shop they told me I must have the box. I was in Limpopo and the box was in JHB. I told them that I don't have the original slip anymore but I have it on my phone. The lady said I should not worry about the slip as long as I have the box I will be assisted. I went to Rage in Randfontein and I got a different story. They treat customers like they are doing us a favour. The attitude is bad, they don't have a sense of agency. Rage stuff need training and knowledge because one branch tell me this and another person will tell you a different story. This shop is going down the drain. I just need to change this shoes and I will never buy anything from this shop ever again.
