Card Premiums reversal

I just been aware lately that apparently someone activated card protection on my account. I asked for it to be cancelled as I have never wanted the service, I was told to call customer care but mind you when it was activated I didn't call no customer care. Finally on the 11/06 I have time to make the call, agent that answered my call said she will cancel it but when I asked her to reverse all premium deducted she said that is not done. Sorry Rage so anyone can activate things in our accounts but we can't reverse it????
