Cancel my name out from credit bureaus please

I once got blacklisted 4years ago only because i was behind of payment but i went and settled my account and after i waited to be removed from credit bureaus even today my name is still showing bad credit record even after i sent emails and went to my nearest shop still with no help i really regretted opening rage account which i would never advise anyone to open your account because even after i paid and had confirmation letter it still prevented me from buying a car. I realy hate the position you guys put me in
