Broken shoes

<p>I bought shoes at Rage wore them once the heel came outside did not see it because I was at an event now they can't exchange or refund me because I don't have the heel they don't even explain is it my fault that the heel came out. they call someone at the head office and they just describe the shoe over the phone and she says no without seeing the condition of the shoe.. They have poor service. I so hurt I wasted my money.. I want my money back </p>
