Broken Heels

hi, thank you for this platform to express my frustration with Rage. I recently bought a new pair of nude wedge heels from Rage store in Protea North, 30Sept2015. To my dismay i only wore them for the first time 2days ago 28Oct2015 and the heel came OFF! I couldn't understand as I didn't trip over anything and i had been at work all day so why was this happening. <br> I am utterly disappointed and angry and this poor, cheap kind of service, i have bought many of my shoes from Rage and this has never happened till recently. My sister has the same kind of shoe in black and the same thing happened to her on her first day of wearing them too. <br> Rage PLEASE STOP SELLING CHEAP MATERIAL SHOES, for the price we buying these shoes we are expecting good quality. As from here on I will make sure i pay my account and close it for good, NEVER AGAIN will i buy anything at Rage or advice anyone close to me to do so!! <br> UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
