boots heel breaking off

OMG , I mean WOOOW, the worst brand ever , I bought boots twice at rage in Durban, aiboooo. in just 3 months their heels would break off. ai no, to my surprise l am not the only complaining which is why l thought l should write this here.

i first bought a black one it broke off and l thought ok maybe it me, then l bought a different make of a military green ones, aibo same same .

no shame ai I am so disappointed.
