BBad customer service

I visited one of the shop Rage in vryheid, bought a pair of shoes and did not fit the child. When I go to the shop for exchange did not find the size and I ask for a refund. Staff did not know how to to do a refund, I ask for manager there was no manager in the store only sales assistant. At first one of the sales assistance gave me attitude and say I must go to the same store where I bought shoes because I did not give them money. All I want is my cash and go to the shop where I can find the size for a child
