bad workmanship on boots

I BOUGHT SHOES IN APRIL AT A RAGE BRANCH IN PORT SHEPSTONE KZN AND A FEW MONTHS LATER THE BOOTS HEEL BROKE. I TOOK THE SHOES TO A SHOE MAKER AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT REPAIR THE boots because of the way they were made. I contacted customer care and they said I should return the boots to the store which I did but they could not assist me as the boots were bought more then six months ago. I am a busy working single mom so I do not have time to go to the shops everyday so I forgot to take the boots sooner. I am very disappointed that I can buy boots that cost a little less then R400 only for it to last less then 4 months. Your stores guarantee is even worse as how can one spend R400 for a product that will only last a few months. My biggest disappointment is that I was unable to repair the shoe at my own expense because of the way they were made as I loved my boots very much
