BAD SERVICE - RANGE SHOES STORES DURBAN

On the 22nd September 2022 I bought black shoes in Rage store, Durban opposite Truworths Store in West Street for a friend as a gift, unfortunately she misplaced her slip and the shoes were not fitting her properly and two days later, I took the shoes back for an exchange.

The ladies at the counter dismally refused to give me an exchange and have cited as "their store policy". I asked for their so called Manager and she told me the same and gave me their 011 call centre number which was also useless.

I will NEVER EVER bother myself buying something from any of Range Stores. They need to be flexible and stop being so old fashioned and rigid. Because your plastic shoes were still with labels and new as was purchased, why it was so difficult for you just to give me another set of shoes. You are pathetic. I threw your cheap shoes in my garbage and got another pair of stronger shoes somewhere else.
