BAD SERVICE!!!! NEVER SHOPPING THERE!!!!

On the 8th july i bought my daughter a pair of boots at Rage in Diepkloof Sqaure, which i discoveed the following day that it was a big size which had a damaged shoe lace, being human as i am i thought i will fix the shoe lace my only worry was the size, the monday on the 11th i asked my sister to go and exchange them for me, the refused and said my daughter had worn the shoes which she only fitted them. The staff there make a big scene when my sister got there including their manager - ironically as a customer we think managers are there to help customers.

I then decided to contact their head office got a lady by the name of Rachel who said she'll assist me, she took my numbers and advised she'll call me back which she never did. So i decided to rather email their customer service thinking i was gonna get help. My email was reponded by a lady called Wendy who advised me to take a pic of the shoe and send it to her which i did, she advised me to send my sister back to the store i send my younger sister, when she got there i was called names that im a ***** that's why im sending a different person back im a **** who ****s shops and no1 will assist me cause their wont be anyone who will do that "S**T exchange" in any OF THEIR TILLS words from a full manager. I have the recording which my younger sister took.

I just dont believe the service we are getting from our store what happened to our Customer Ethics which our retail stores get from their training but again i dont believe Rage even gets that training the way they treat their customers.

The manager was going on how those shoes are dirty but i think she forgot to look at herself how dirty she was. I thought reporting to the headoffice would help but i just got a slap in the face by Wendy someone who was supposed to be helping us as customers, she told me they cant except those shoes as they wont be any customer they could sell that to surprising enough as they are already selling worn and damaged shoes in that store. What happened to "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". This is my second offence at that same store. I HOPE SOME ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

WOOLWORTHS please teach this store some customer ethics.
