Bad service & in areas

<p>June this year I settled my account at rage but I still receive massages saying I did not pay my account & its in areas Now & I still have the proof of payment i called the head office they promise to assist me but they couldn't I also went to the store where I opened my account their fax machines weren't working i had to go to a nearest Internet cafe so I can fax the proof of payment. </p>
