Bad service from rage Eyethu mall

Bought shoes at rage on Friday only worn them yesterday n today the shoe gets broken, went to the stroke and showed them n they say they can’t assist since I lost a receipt even if I can print the proof of payment from my account they won’t, at 1st I bought shoes n I was given shoes of the same side they were able to assist without a receipt
