bad service from Rage clothing and shoes

On the 05/06/2022 i went to purchase shoes from Rage Keywest. The size I purchased was too big for my daughter. I went the next day to return for another size but they did not have any stock. I asked someone else to try a different branch. the person i gave it to lost the receipt/invoice. I then tried to return to Village square and I called Rage Head office and they refuse to assist me without an invoice.

I tried explaining to them that the invoice was lost and I do not want a refund but to just exchange for a size that my daughter can use. You can see all tags are still on the shoes and it is still in original condition and was not even used.

Please can you help with assisting me with an exchange
