Bad service from Rage

Rage has managed to mess up my credit record. I settled and closed my rage account which I owed R188 in February this year. I have been trying to get a contract phone from Vodacom since March but the credit bureau still says I’m a bad payer because Rage didn’t send them a letter that shows that I have paid up the account. So I’m currently to get anything on credit coz Rage hasn’t send out the letter. I’ve been going to multiple Rage stores and they haven’t been of help, all they do is give me multiple numbers to call and those numbers are not even helping me.
