bad service from rage

<p>rage did not want to refund me on a pair of boots i bought from them. i fitted the right boot and it was fine. at home i wanted to put the boots on for the day but the left boot hurt my ankle. i tried at other stores for anonother pair but could not find any and the east rand mall store closed down. i then took the boots back to the rage store where i bought them in the 7day period. the stuff were not very helpfull an told me that they don not do refunds. i could only get a gift voucher. at the end i had to take the voucher. i feel this is wrong as i could not buy myself another pair of boots anywhere else as they now have my money. it means that i have to wait for summer and will at the end have to buy 2pair of shoes just to get my moneys worth. i wanted a pair of boots not sandles or what ever. this is very bad service and i will never buy from rage again after i am forced to by from them now something i do not even want.</p>
