Bad service

Over the weekend I wanted to replace my card because I lost it with my bag I went to the store at quagga I had my copy of ID my avidavit and try to explain to them they refused to help me and told me to wait for my I'd that could take 3 to 4 weeks to get it. Those ladies where rude they even laught at me when I asked them if I can give them I cell number would it help. They. Treated me like a full🥺 I felt so small and I don't even owe the account.
