Bad service

Good day

I bought 2 sandals on the 18th of December when I got home I fitted one of the sandals and it was too tight I only realised this as I was walking outside and I took them off... I then decided to take both sandals back to the shop seeing as they were not my size. When I got to the store the ladies were so unprofessional starting from the door all the way to the cashier who then told me the shoes are dirty I shouldn't have worn them and she can't replace.

All I wanted is the right size but the way I was treated was like I was not a paying customer very disappointed at the service I received
