Bad service

Today i went to rage at jubilee mall to exchange my shoes the lady who was helping me she was friendly while she was helping me her co-worker by the name of Queen just came and start giving me attitude without even giving me a chance to explain the manager came told her to apologies she even refused to apologies in front of the manager i will never shop the anymore some staff need some serious training on how to handle customers she ruin my day
