BAD SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RAGE SHOES & CLOTHING

I had the worst shopping experience at Rage in Thramshed Pretoria. The store sent me a R50 voucher, so i went and bought stuff which amounted to R290, so i wanted to use the R50 voucher and settle the balance cash. I specifically asked the cashier (Tshiamo or something like that) before she put through my debit card that, the R50 voucher has gone through and i am paying the balance. She said YES. After the transaction went through, turned out she didnt, it took an hour for the 2 ladies which were there which i must say were very unhelful until i lost it and asked them for my money, no longer interested in the clothes (I got there at 4pm and they closed the store whilst i was there at 5pm). It was another lady (unfortunately i didnt get the name) who managed to sort my refund out. She called head office for authorisation and spoke with Jane (who was really very unhelful and was the one who really made me more upset). It looks like the store lure people to come under the pretence of having a voucher then when you get there, the voucher cannot go through for one reason or another. I was so disappointed and upset. Big up to the lady who managed to sort out the refund and calm me down, she really have people skills, i wish i took her name.
