Bad Service

I paid off my account in June and them to close it so that my name can be removed from credit bureau. 3 months down the line when checkin my credit score, the account was appearing as in arrears. It was never updated at all. I called them and I was called to contact Transunion to dispute the account after I had waited so long for them to do so as promised. I spoke to 2 consultants who gave me two different expalnations as to my account was sent for closure. The service I got was very poor and I will never ever open an account with Rage
