Bad service at rage Soshanguve plaza

<p>I bought shoes on the 8th of June 2016 , wore them a few times now they are damaged ,I called their customer service line was told to bring them back to any rage store now I'm being told I can't exchange them , I don't know their names cos none of them are wearing name badges on , what an I supposed to do with damaged shoes of 500 rand that lasted like a week?</p>
