Bad Service at Rage Lephalale Mall

I bought three pair of Child Sandals at Rage Lephalale Mall on the 23th December 2021. When I got home 24th I realized Shoes don't fit the child. 25th December I went to Polokwane just to find all Rage Stores closed.

I came back on the 29th and went back to return shoes back instore at Lephalale Store but that time I forgot the till slip and had only the card I swiped with when purchasing this items. I was returned back because they said No Slip, No Exchange or Refund.

I called back home so they can send me till slip but now when I returned to the store the lady who called herself Store Manager going by the name Idah, told me I can't get my Refund because 7days has lapsed.

She doesn't want to consider the fact that I went earlier within that 7days and due to till slip they couldn't assist Us.

Again the seven days Rage is talking about, does it includes Holidays that your Stores were Closed????

Kindly assist with this as I feel like was treated unfairly by Your Store and your Rude Store Manager
