Bad service and will never set foot in that shop

i have been arrears with Rage for a couple of months because things have been tight financially. Yesterday i went to Umlazi Mega City Mall to pay the outstanding balance so i can close the account. there was a lady that was working as a cashier with a very stinking attitude. as i approached to pay she just looked at me with no smile or warmth to show that she is there to help. i greeted her and told her im here to pay the outstanding balance she then looked at me and asked me how much i will be paying i then told her that i dont know the exact amount and if she could check just to confirm. she looked at me and said 'you want me to PLEASE check for you'. i then told myself that maybe she had a bad day. we all work and if you cant work with people then stay at home. she proceeded to tell me the balance and told her i will pay that amount. she then asks me if i have R20 so she can give me God knows what change and told her i don't have and she looked at me like there is no solution coz she cant do anything i the told her i can pay with the amount that's available. she looks at me like i'm irritating her. I asked her if they name tags so i can know who served me. she said they dont have name tags and i asked for her name and said its Nokthula or Sthabile Nkosi. she was not even wearing the all black thats worn in all Rage stores but I will go to another Rage store to pay for the outstanding amount and NEVER set foot in that store, my family and friends will know and i will never recommend that store to anyone.
