Bad Service and ripoff

On Wednesday 13th February I went to Rage store in Kempton Square to get shoes, On arrival I was assisted by Lebo whom I asked how many points I could redeem she checked and said I had 193 which makes up R190 I then chose shoes which cost R195 and was to add the R5 difference then when I was about to pay she said that I should pay R105 because the system was upgraded and that there are changes which didn't make sense to me at all I tried to understand but she got all defensive and got very emotional I left the store and went back again to try understand what she meant and the whole thing doesn't make sense as on the Transaction history it shows 2 separate transactions I would like to be assisted as I feel like I am being ****** this lady is scaly and rude.
