bad service and lack of communication

I went to rage shoe store in orange farm eyethu mall on Saturday, the cashiers there were busyChatting with each other and never attended to me until I asked if I will be attended to. Then with the worst attitude she asked me what I want Rudely. I told her I want to pay a R100 on my moms account. She repeated her self twice and I said yes R100. But she still only took R50 I met her outside she said I am annoying her. What kind of service is rage giving?
