Bad service all the time

Today at 13:05 I came to the store.I inquired about a boot for my child I had to ask twice how much is the shoes Thato went to the back and took 10 minutes When I asked her about the fitting she said I don't walking away This is not the first time I get such from these 2 ladies I had to wait 15 minutes for them to look for a shoes they looked for when I said I'm coming to take size 10.
