Bad service

I went to rage store bought clothes and they didn't fit went back to do an exchange i was told they don't have enough cash went to three different stores some how I ended leaving the slip at one of the stores now I can't do exchange because I don't have the slip and this is the second time something like this is happening am sitting with they close as I don't what to do with them .closed my account with them as I can't be dealing with an *********** store plus their staff members are rude seems like they head office instructed them to be rude. Well if this is the behavior they have to their customer they still going to loss more customers because if I was assisted the 1st time when I had the slip I would have not lost the slip in the 1st place
