Bad service

I got terrible service at Rage in Brixton the staff is rude and do not know how to treat there customers, I bought a pair of sandals… I paid for it but I couldn’t take the sandals Home Mapule kept saying the money will come from her salary 3 weeks later Rage is still sitting with my money and the sandals….poor poor poor service
