Bad Service

I purchased 2 pairs of boots a few days apart, I loved the boots so I decided to purchase the same shoe in black and army green.

The first day I decided to wear my black pair of boots the heel ********** the sole of the shoe. I then realized the heel was plastic and extremely poor quality.

I decided to then return both pairs of shoes. Upon arrival at the store, I was informed that they have a policy which states that you are not allowed to get a refund (unless an item return 8 days from the day of purchase) and because I had lost my slip for the damaged pair of boots I was not allowed to return or even exchange the item. I was so shocked and disappointed by their policy as I am a regular customer and I'm not sure that it's even lawful.
