BAD SERVICE 😏

RAGE CLOTHING RUSTENBURG... last week of March 2024 I went to the Store at Thabo Mbheki in Rustenburg to pay as usual. Store manager told me that i don't owe them as she was helping at the tills on that day. Infact she told me that they owe me R4, right it was like that as i was over paying everytime i pay. Then again last week of April i passby just to make sure, then got the same answer. To come to my surprise! first week of May 2024, i got a red flag on my credit report. It was rage claiming that i skipped March 2024. I went to the Store whereby store manager called their head office and they said that i wasn't paying well from 2019 up to 2022 then they have charged me maintenance fee which even now i don't understand it. Well i wouldn't have had any problem if all of this were discussed with me before taking any steps. I requested a statement, they promised to email even now. I called in reminding them, then they told me that the lady i was talking with she's absent. I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER IF NOT RECTIFIED IN THE NEXT THREE COMING DAYS
