Bad service

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had an *** with them that I settled in December of 2025. And I've since requested to close it and I've received a paid up letter. Tell me why my credit score has been declining because of an "arrears" *** with Rage. When I check today, I see that there's 2 accounts, the one I settled and another that is in arrears (with the same credit limit, showing that it was last paid in Nov of 2025) When I called the *** centre today, I am told that it was an error on their side. Something most clients are dealing with, the lady said all accounts will be sent in "bulk" so that the listing can be removed. Mind you I cut ties with them last year December, almost a year later and they didn't see this error? There was no remorse from the agent, no sense of urgency, they are just going around ruining peoples credit records for nothing I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE IVE RECEIVED FROM RAGE. I WANT MY NAME CLEARED AND MY CREFIT RECORD CLEARED
