Bad Service

Good Day

On the 18th if Dec,I was going to a function, so I wanted a pair of shoes. I went to buy it at Rage in Uitenhage. I wore it for 30 minutes but it was soo uncomfortable, that I had to change it and wore the old shoes . Today I took it back,explained my problem, wanted to exchange for something else,was refused. Their reason is that I wore it and is not damaged, so they can't take it back. What do I do ?
