Bad service

I bought shoes from rage game center today and when I got home I got them ripped when I returned to the store few hours later they told me that they don't refund I left the shoes there and took my slip their Altitude was so rude and the slip is written "refund within 7days"exchage within 30days" but I left the store and came back within 2hours .. I didn't take the shoes I bought only took the slip..their service is poor cashiers so rude.
