Bad service 4rm Rage

My friend bought me shoes 4 my birthday at Rage but there small and she lost the slip so I went to 1 of there branches in Brixton wen the other lady was helping me the other 1 I think was a manager she asked me how did my friend pay I told her that I dnt knw maybe by account coz she had 1 so she said they can't exchange 4 me and that I I needed to get my frnds ID book and account then they will do it 4 me so I called there head office and spoke to faithfully who said they can't exchange and that I must bring My frnds I'd book and card what I dnt understand is that I didnt ask 4 a refund what I needed to do was to exchange and I told them if what I was taking was more then I would pay the difference cash but they still said no so I asked them if maybe I said my friend bought them cash what would they do they said they will give me a voucher or exchange 4 me so to me it's like what they wanted 4rm me was to lie than to tell the truth so at Rage they dnt care about there customers but themselves so now iam stuck with these shoes coz me and my frnd dnt stay in the same place and it takes time 4 us to c each other so that means iam stuck with these small shoes which the store doesn't want to exchange them 4 me
