Bad service

I have been trying to make arrangements since july and Iwas told that someone will call me I then called again and i was told someone will call me again them boom i get an sms saying thst they will take me to credit bureau and i will stay there for 3 yrs. The service is extremely bad some are even rude. All i wsnt to make arrangement that's it
