Bad service

Extremely poor service at Rage Tembi Mall. The supervisor Vee (don't know if her real name since they don't wear name tags) is not helpful at all. I returned a damaged bag due to quality and she told me to just throw it away cause I carry heavy stuff on it. I've been to the branch twice to exchange the bag, first with a receipt and without yet still unable to assist or give better service. Now I'm forced to close this account because of bad service and unfriendly staff.
