Bad Service

Good day, I am writing to express my deep disappointment as a customer at Rage Shoe Shop in HILL STREET, PINETOWN. I am outraged at their lack of customer service and sheer illogical behaviour. I bought a red heel yesterday @ 01:35pm on my lunch break. Due to my time constrictions, i tried on the shoe on display and just pulled out a box with my size. I never checked the shoe or opened the box and neither did the teller. I did not even wear the shoe. I put it on today in my office and just used it to the bathroom, when i realised that the heel was not straight. It was bent to the side. I then removed the shoe and put it back in the box. I proceeded to take it back to the store today to EXCHANGE. I did not want my money back, i just needed a shoe that was not defective. The Manager and other employees refused to assist me and informed me that i brought the shoe back in a bad condition. How is it possible that i can damage a shoe in not even 24 hours. A shoe that i have not even worn for 30 minutes. I left the shop with NO SHOE AND NO REFUND. At present i am the one out of money and a shoe. The Shop has lost nothing but a customer. They in fact have gained a shoe and my money. This is unjustified enrichment and extremely poor customer care s****s. I want an answer immediately. ********** 373
