Bad service

The worst experiences with Rage stores.

Rude and unfriendly store staff, inconveniences around transactions made by account.

Customer service staff just as rude. I spoke to Phindile and Mathapelo who raised their voices refusing to assist.

I need an exchange in store, and I cannot find anything that fits in store. I asked for the amount to be refunded back into my account but they refused based on a 7 day refund policy.

Mathapelo said that it's unfortunate that my shoes didn't tear in 7 days, then I'd have gotten a refund. She's apparently the customer care manager. Rage is running a street business with cheap quality products that get torn in days.

I returned to the store, and I'm forced to do an exchange, the item I picked is not the same price as the initial item, now head office says the change can be put back into the account, as long as it's not more than R50.
