Bad service

Hi I was just in your parow branch regarding a shoe I have bought. the shoe I had on once and noticed it was very slippery at the bottom. Anything can happen I can fall break a bone and I took it back not even wanting the money back just a different one. Need I add that I always buy my shoes at rage. When I got there the lady was so rude she told me I should fix it myself it's not their fault. I'm shocked at the service. Because by law I can take the shoe back. Please get me back on this matter as soon as possible.
