Bad service

<p>I bought shoes in the month of May tried them on at the shop they fitted ok. When I got home realised they tight and don't match the colour outfit I wanted to wear them with....fast forward to today I take them back to Rage Wonderpark the assistant there (Obakeng) and manager Bridgette laugh and tell me they can't take them back. I have a three month protection as a customer to take something back and in this instance I still have the slip. I am bothered by the reception I got where I'm laughed at next to other customers and their colleagues. What is the way forward? </p>
