Bad service

I bought shoes on the 11 may and I left the box back at home Johannesburg I moved to Mpumalanga 3 after I wore the shoes I went back to the shop and I told them my situation and the lady that works there refused to take the shoes telling me that they cant do anything since I dont have the slip i asked them to call Rage Alex mall and the lady there will forward them my slip but they refused they called someone and the person I spoke to didn't want to hear my story they told me to go to Johannesburg to fetch the slip now iam with the shoes that are still new but damaged I did not take the slip because I did not think that the shoe will damaged I've bought shoes there before almost 5 years and they still in good condition can they please exchange my shoes
