Bad/ rude annoying service

I recently went to rage stores at nelspruit kabokweni for card payment and was assisted by the lady KAP as it appears on the slip. I asked the lady how the Rage card calculate their installment because their installment doesn't even fall under 3,6 or 12 months plan. But I was disappointed by the mouth of the lady. No idea what she is talking about, no nothing about customer service, rude and can't close her mouth. Horrible she doesn't know anything about retail all she knows is being rude. Train your stuff this is disgusting 😤
