Bad feedback

A friend of mine bought me shoes from rage on Thursday 23rd April. The shoes were however big and I had to exchange them. I went to randburg Rage to have them exchanged but I didn't like any of the other shoes or item of clothing they have.<br> I asked if I can get a refund as there is nothing I like but the lady there just said No, I have to go to another Rage to see if I will like anything there.<br> I don't have time to go to another Rage, as the others are far from my house and workplace, I just want the money back.<br> <br> I am very disappointed by the way the lady answered me and expected a more professional response from her, she made it seem as if i dont have any other choice in the matter but to buy something from the store, after i told her that i dont want anything else.
