Bad experience with Rage Kempton Square

Yesterday at 3:15pm, I opened an account at Rage Kempton Park Square. During the process, I removed my wallet containing my Smart ID, bank cards, and driver’s license. After buying socks, I left the store believing my wallet was in the plastic bag. Within 3 minutes, I realized my wallet was missing and returned to the store, but it could not be found. Head Office later informed me that the cameras do not record and they could not assist says their IT department. At the time, there were only four people in the store myself and three staff members.
