Bad experience

Cosmo Mall store Unwilling to assist a customer,no one greet customers, this store is very unfriendly ,last cashier told me to carry my empty box of shoes with me, the box was damage and no use for me to carry it, this cashier is so rude, no one is welcoming in that store, I wonder how do they make sales in this tough times.
