Bad 👎 Experience 👎Bad Service 👎

They had a 30% off on the 16th of May 2025!! I popped into the STANDERTON RAGE STORE MPUMALANGA where I purchased a few items. On my way home I discovered the cashier never gave me my 30% off! I phoned RAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, she informed me I must go back to the store, after I told her I'm already far gone,and I'm not in town over the weekend. Her exact WORDS then we can't do ANYTHING!! Such a shame that the stores don't care about Customers anymore!! It was there fault but made me feel it was MINE!! That's why "we" shop other retail stores then the Local Stores don't understand why!!! Lack of Customer service 😏 Lack of STORE SERVICE 😏 How must a CUSTOMER PAY FOR A CASHIERS FAULT 🤔🤔🤔 I do believe I'm NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THIS HAD HAPPEN TO!!!!
