Bad Experience

Afternoon hello peter, my name is Zanele Ndlela i had an account with Rage, around march i decided to pay up my account and requested a cashier that was assisting me to close my account i currently do not owe rage anything whenever i check my credit report it says i owe rage R35 i went to the store nd i was told by their cashier that the credit score report changes every after 30-60 days it has been over that and when i checked yesterday it still said i owe them R35 can anyone from rage sort this out.
